National license in private law
The objective of this degree is to train students capable of mastering the principles of law in general and private law in particular, which allows them to enter the professional life (legal advisers, heads of companies ...), to pursue studies in masters and especially to prepare the national Examinations (National Judicial Examination, Examination of access to the national institute of the lawyers, contest of the notaries, Examination of the bailiffs of justice ...).
Studying three years in Private Law allows students to develop the necessary legal skills to facilitate their access to professional life, to provide a solid basic training to enable them to pursue Master's degree studies and finally to focus on the basic subjects that will enable them to prepare for the national examinations.
Applicants for Private Law License must hold a baccalaureate degree or an equivalent foreign degree. After the file's examination by the licensee's committee, candidates will be invited to sit for a test and an interview to decide the final admissibility of his application.

After getting a national license in Private Law, students may pursue their studies in research masters or professional master in Private Law in Tunisia or at our partner universities.
