National license in Human Resources Management

This license aims at providing students with theoretical and practical knowledge in Human Resource Management. More precisely, it teaches them how to deal with human resource management issues that are among the most difficult aspects to deal with and implement for managers which contribute to business success.

The license in HRM allows students to :

  • To develop the knowledge and consequently the analytical skills in human resources management among students and to enrich the knowledge of concepts and techniques used in the field of management sciences to better adapt to professional life;
  • Develop the skills and competences of learners in all management disciplines and more specifically in the management of human resources, allowing them access to several professions in different sectors of activity (financial, agricultural, industrial or service) and in all public and private institutions (banks, insurance companies, financial expertise firms, education, customs, industrial, commercial or service companies, cooperatives, associations, local authorities, hospitals)
  • Develop students' abilities and skills to create their own business through the opening of consulting firms in human resources;
  • Have knowledge allowing learners to continue their studies for a professional master's degree or a research master's degree at the level of Tunisian or foreign universities;
  • Realize a real osmosis with the socio-economic environment by developing all possible interactions between university and the labor market.

Applicants for Human Resources Management License must hold a baccalaureate degree or an equivalent foreign degree. After the file's examination by the licensee's committee, candidates will be invited to sit for a test and an interview to decide the final admissibility of his application.

After getting a national license in HRM, students may pursue their studies in research master or professional master in HRM in Tunisia or at our partner universities.
